About our Fish Truck :

This food truck was created in the first April of 2024 by 4 friends. "Why the 1st of April" you are going to tell us. Well, the first of April is the fish celebration day!We do not wanted to follow the steps of our fathers and grandfathers who are fishermans but we wanted to keep a link with our family, so we decided not to product the fishes but to be the next step of his consomation and we opened our restaurant in New York.Because we kept the link with our family of fishermans, we are using the fish produced by our fathers. This helps us not having to find a good fish producer and helps our family economically.So we decided together to open this “Fish Truck” in the great and beautiful city of New York City.
We are located in NYC, near Broadway and 5th Avenue.

The Menu :

Our menu does not include meat or other products. We use all the fish that our fathers provide us, as well as high-quality vegetables!
The menu is reasonably priced, and you can eat well for a reasonable price.
On average, our menu costs around $25.Here is what we offer, depending on our daily catch:- Salmon tartare: $14
(lemon-dill)
- Fish burger: $18
(tartar sauce, cod fillet, sweet potato fries)
- Shrimp sautéed with garlic and smoked paprika: $22
- Little Italy clam linguine: $20
(white wine sauce, garlic, parsley, cherry tomatoes)Our side dishes, depending on availability:- Roasted asparagus with lemon: $7
- Sweet potato fries: $6
- Steamed green vegetables (broccoli, green beans): $6
- Jasmine rice or quinoa: $5Our beverages:- Water: $2
- Sparkling water: $3
- Coca-Cola: $3
- Orangina: $3- No wine.
